Eligibility
The contest is open to all ServicePlus members in good standing, as determined by ServicePlus. The contest is not open to staff members of participating unions.
Duration
The contest runs from March 22nd to May 19, 2023. Electronic entries must be received by 11:59 pm, Ottawa time on May 19.
Prizes
One of three packages consisting of:
Grand Prize: A $5,000 travel credit
2nd Prize: Two tickets anywhere Porter Airlines flies plus $1,000 spending money
3rd Prize: A $1,500 credit with WestJet
One prize per member. Winners will choose from available prizes on a first drawn, first choice basis. Prizes are not transferable, no cash substitutes and cannot be extended. Where applicable, delivery of the prizes is included. Images used are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent the actual prizes.
Entries
Contest entries are limited to one per member. Information provided by members will not be shared with ServicePlus partners.
How to Qualify
To qualify, members simply have to visit the contest page and complete the contest entry form provided, including the skill testing question. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
Draw Date
The draw will take place May 23, 2023, 10:00 am.
Winners
Prizes will be awarded to members in good standing whose names are drawn and who have correctly answered the skill-testing question. Winners will choose from available prizes on a first drawn, first choice basis. Winners will be contacted by phone promptly. Prize winners agree that their names and photos will be used in ServicePlus promotional material. If you do not agree, please do not enter the contest.
ServicePlus will make 3 attempts to contact the selected entrant(s) by telephone or email (using the information provided at the time of entry) over 6 business days from the draw date. If the selected entrant(s) cannot be contacted within 3 attempts over 6 business days from the draw date, then that selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse toward ServicePlus or anyone involved in the Contest. ServicePlus will then randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining participants.
Notice for Quebec Residents
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
