Contest Rules

Eligibility

This contest is open to all ServicePlus members in good standing, as determined by ServicePlus. Employees of participating groups are not eligible to enter.

Contest Duration

The contest begins on March 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on April 20, 2025. All entries must be received by this deadline to be considered.

Prize

$2,500 WestJet Travel Voucher

  • The prize must be accepted as awarded—no substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers are permitted.
  • If applicable, delivery of the prize is included.
  • Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual prize.
  • This contest is sponsored by Aviva Canada.

How to Enter

  • Each member may submit one entry.
  • To enter, visit the contest page and complete the entry form, including the required skill-testing question.
  • No purchase is necessary to participate.
  • By entering, you agree that your information will only be shared with our Aviva Group Home and Auto Insurance brokers. If you do not agree, please do not enter.

Draw Date

The draw will take place on April 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant who has correctly answered the skill-testing question.
  • By entering, winners agree that their first name and last initial may be used in ServicePlus promotional materials.
  • ServicePlus will attempt to contact the selected winner up to three times via the email provided at entry within six business days of the draw date.
  • If the selected winner cannot be reached after three attempts within six business days, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected randomly from the remaining entries.

Notice for Quebec Residents

Any disputes regarding the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Disputes related to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
